Delivery

• Delivery timeline is 5–7 business days depending on your location and the courier partner.

• We offer delivery services in more than 380 cities.

• For orders of 3 or more products, delivery is free. Orders with less than 3 products or split orders will incur a Rs 200 delivery charge per shipment.

• Shipping charges are displayed separately at checkout.

• Our logistics partners do not operate on Sundays and national holidays. Orders will be delivered on the next working day.

• We make two delivery attempts. Please ensure your address is complete (House No, Street, Area, Nearest Landmark).

• Only accept orders in Khizma Store branded packaging. Refuse parcels that are opened or tampered with.

Exchange

• We hope you love what you’ve ordered. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, the exchange process is simple.

• You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery through the same Khizma Store outlet from where the order was purchased or dispatched.

• A valid sales invoice is required for all returns or exchanges.

• Products must be returned in original condition and packaging: Unused and unworn; Not washed, damaged, or altered; Free from stains or odours; All tags and labels must be intact.

• Exchange or return policy is not applicable on discounted items.

• To initiate a request, contact customer service via our website with item details and reason.

Refund

• Most new and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a voucher-based refund.

• Refunds are issued only in the form of store vouchers. Cash refunds are not available.

• A refund may be processed if: The item received does not match the product specifications, or The shipment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).

• Refunds are not applicable on discounted items and factory outlet purchases.

• Refunds cannot be processed at retail stores.
